How do I know? Because I’ve been in your shoes!

Back in 2017, I absolutely dreaded going shopping because none of the clothes fit me how they use to, despite working out consistently & eating what I thought was healthy. 

At this point, I had searched all through google. I tried different workout programs from influencers & YouTube. I found meal plans on Pinterest, yet nothing was happening to my baby pooch. That’s when I completely broke down. I realized I didn’t even recognize myself. I was short fused with my lil ones & drowning in laundry & 800 other to-dos. I wasn’t getting dressed in front of my husband because i was so embarrassed of what he might think. I would look in the mirror & completely tear myself apart & then when I tried on clothes to go somewhere, it was impossible to find something cute that I also looked good in so baggy clothes & me became best friends. 

That breakdown is what truly changed my life. I realized that this new “normal” didn’t have to be my reality. I then found food freedom & new ways to take care of myself both mentally & physically. To this day, I can still remember when I slipped back into my favorite pre-baby jeans, it was terrifying & so exhilarating. 

And it’s part of how you got here today.

You’re reading this because I changed my life, & mama, I know you can do it too!! My passion is helping busy mamas like you turn their dreams into a reality. As a mom myself, I use my 4+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, my BA in Kinesiology with my Nutrition & Personal training experience to help mamas get healthy & start loving their body from the inside-out for GOOD.

 

Outside of my coaching, I’m a wife, a mom of 4, a dog mom & a lover of all things adventurous & spontaneous. I love hiking, fishing, boating, going to the beach, camping & honestly anything outdoors. I spend a lot of time volunteering & even more time running around my twins to all their different activities. & I’m a lover of all things related to travel & food.

The only thing I love more than dreaming about my next vacation destination or road trip & what I’ll eat when I get there?

Helping women achieve their big, hairy, scary dreams & goals.
